We did it! Our first O.K 10k event a week ago today was a huge success, so thank you, everyone. It means the world. 🎉 Olivia wanted a fun and inclusive event, and it certainly was both of those things. Despite the rain, we had 200 people walk or run: babies in arms, babies on backs, families walking and running together, different generations taking part, with lots of smiles at the finishing line. We also welcomed many enthusiastic volunteers and spectators! Whether you walked, ran, volunteered, donated or sponsored the event, we couldn’t have done it without you all. A huge thank you! We are a step closer to fulfilling Olivia’s wish of raising Neuroendocrine Cancer awareness and fundraising to provide grants for support of research into the disease.
